Which ABI platforms do you support?
RB Systems (XML v2.0), NetCHB (Descartes), and CargoWise are fully integrated. CSV and XML export is always available for manual upload to any platform.
How accurate is the HTS classification?
Our AI achieves 94%+ accuracy on 10-digit HTSUS classification. Every classification shows a confidence score, and you always review before filing.
What happens when tariff rules change?
CustomsCopilot monitors the Federal Register, CBP bulletins, and USTR actions every 15 minutes. When a rule changes that affects your pending entries, you get an alert and those entries are flagged for review.
Is my client data secure?
Yes. All documents are encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). Documents are stored in private AWS S3 with no public access. We never share client data with third parties.
